• Open notepad and copy the code
  


• Paste the code in the notepad save file as Shell.php must change the format to .php
  

Step 3

• Take the php file you made
  


• Upload the .php file you made using a ftp client or the default file manager in the cpanel

cheers i had to find a different host, but its working now.. its hosted on http://www.ziex.t15.org atm.
this is not the same as just one person pinging an address right? does it make a difference also if more than one person uses it to flood the same address?

EDIT - Confirmed took down a Hosted samp server in france that averages 50-100 ping up to 300's

i hosted on Spam i dossed my school site so hard that my site is 4 minuts offline lowl my school site going slow

It shouldnt make a difference and it uses the bandwith of the host to send packets to the ip
