(Im n00b) Two questions, ones already answered. - L3g1tWa5te - Dec 26, 2011 Sorry guys I did a whole bunch and googling and couldn't find my answer. Does anybody know if the iPhone 4 iOS 5.0.1 Untethered Jailbreak is out yet? If so please redirect me. I would love to know. Also off subject: What exactly slows down your iPhone from Cydia (i.e. WinterBoard. SubstrateMobile etc.) Please tell me... Thank you very much. * - Justin P Was Here - Dec 26, 2011 iPhone 4 iOS 5.0.1 Untethered Jailbreak is NOT out just yet, but its on its way. maybe days or weeks ! just have patience ! =) * - Mitch. - Dec 26, 2011 About the Jailbreak, -Cobalt- is correct, it has not been released yet. Addressing your second question, no individual package will really slow down your iDevice substantially, it's just once you get 10-15 packages which all run constantly, that's when you'll notice your device slow down considerably. * - L3g1tWa5te - Dec 26, 2011 (Dec 26, 2011 07:30 PM)-Cobalt- Wrote: iPhone 4 iOS 5.0.1 Untethered Jailbreak is NOT out just yet, but its on its way. maybe days or weeks ! just have patience ! =) No problem, I used to follow all the crap awhile back but stopped because my iPod is so laggy after I restore it from a 4.0 JB. All of a sudden it hit me today to go crazy on finding an iPhone 4 JB, thank you very much. (Dec 26, 2011 07:33 PM)Mitch. Is there a way to kill those running processes and not slow down the iPhone, I hate it when my shit gets slow. :( * - Justin P Was Here - Dec 26, 2011 just install those packaged you really need. Dont install packages just because u can, thats the only device i can give u =) * - Grin - Dec 26, 2011 It's definitely Mobile Substrate that slows your device down. Mobile Substrate with any extension. Try resprining with Mobile Substrate + any extension. Try respringing without it. See which one is faster. Even by a second. * - Justin P Was Here - Dec 27, 2011 the Iphone 4 Unt JB is not oficially release here is a link for you ! happy jailbreaking =) http://www.limera1n.cc/2011/12/jailbreak-501-untethered-iphone-4-3gs.html * - Chief Sosa - Dec 27, 2011 Winterboard slows down your springboard most of the time in my cases. |
