Free Computer Service - Virus Removal, Upgrades and PC Clean - Username Unknown - Sep 6, 2012
There is already a section on HF for this, but I would like to help out with the caseload by taking part in this service. If you need help, just PM or post a description of the problems you're having.

When you say "PC Clean", what're you talking about exactly?
For example, I'd like to format my laptop to as if it were new, straight from the factory.
Would you be able to help with that, with knowledge that I have no clue where the cd you get when you buy it is?

Yes, I know how to format your PC. What operating system do you have? Do you have the disk for it? Also, do you have your drivers disk (it comes with your computer sometimes)?

I have windows 7, states I don't have any disks for it, which is why I asked if it was still possible or not :P

Yeah, but that means you'll need to either re-purchase or torrent Windows 7. Other than that, drivers will need to be acquired ahead of time (only networking drivers) so you can download the rest later. Just look into it on your motherboard, computer properties, or sometimes the box/manual. I recommend getting a driver updating program to find them all the drivers 'automagically'.

I am on windows 8 and I am having my computer overheat quite often dropping my fps a ton so i need help with some cooler software or tips

For one thing, Windows 8 is probably having compatibility issues with whatever you're playing. For your overheating, I would suggest checking your fans i.e. cleaning them and making sure they work properly. If that doesn't do anything, then I would suggest getting new fans and/or an inter-cooling system. If you're not computer savvy then I suggest you get a professional to do it.

What kind of upgrade are you looking for? Your operating system? Software? Hardware?

So you have Windows 7 what; Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate? And what do you want to upgrade to?

Home Premium and I want to upgrade to the best are at least the almost the best.

Well you could upgrade to Professional, but I really don't see any reason to do so. If I were you, I would wait for the release of Windows 8. I'll help you with it when you get it.
