When you say "PC Clean", what're you talking about exactly?
For example, I'd like to format my laptop to as if it were new, straight from the factory. Other than that, drivers will need to be acquired ahead of time (only networking drivers) so you can download the rest later. Just look into it on your motherboard, computer properties, or sometimes the box/manual. I recommend getting a driver updating program to find them all the drivers 'automagically'. For your overheating, I would suggest checking your fans i.e. cleaning them and making sure they work properly. If that doesn't do anything, then I would suggest getting new fans and/or an inter-cooling system. If you're not computer savvy then I suggest you get a professional to do it.
