I ran ComboFix, SuperAntiSpyware, MalwareBytes Anti Malware, and a Temp file cleaner. One ways to check is to run it within Sandboxie and monitor if it drops files anywhere it is not supposed to. * - cocothecat11 - Jan 18, 2013 Looks like it's a sandbox, you should be safe. Although you are probably wondering if the file is safe to be ran normal, upload it to http://metascan-online.com and http://virustotal.com Also what archangel.dmitry said, sometimes you can't be sure. Upload to anubis.iseclab.org as well, full file activity report.
