Here are the files I believe are infected.
I ran ComboFix, SuperAntiSpyware, MalwareBytes Anti Malware, and a Temp file cleaner.
Still think its there, how can I be 100% sure if this is not a virus?

You can't, there might no definitions yet for whatever it is sitting there. One ways to check is to run it within Sandboxie and monitor if it drops files anywhere it is not supposed to.

Looks like it's a sandbox, you should be safe.
Although you are probably wondering if the file is safe to be ran normal, upload it to http://metascan-online.com and http://virustotal.com

Also what archangel.dmitry said, sometimes you can't be sure. Upload to anubis.iseclab.org as well, full file activity report.
