I exported my Pms right before the 2nd trade, so I can't make a picture of them, but this PM shows him replying to our 1st exchange saying "good exchange"

He decided not to reply to them.
Not sure what else I need to post, that's about it.
PayPal reversed the $136 payment and held the $65 payment.

Legit scam report. No way to get your money back, unless the user has Morales, which I doubt if he scammed you in the first place.

Just saying one thing, sometimes PP holds funds personally, it might not have been him.
I have over 18 disputes for my eBook, and most of them are by PayPal themselves.

Paypal did hold it, but it's most likely because he used a stolen account. He would of responded to my PMs or posted in this report by now if he didn't mean to scam.
