PayPal reversed the $136 payment and held the $65 payment.

Just saying one thing, sometimes PP holds funds personally, it might not have been him.
I have over 18 disputes for my eBook, and most of them are by PayPal themselves.

Paypal did hold it, but it's most likely because he used a stolen account. He would of responded to my PMs or posted in this report by now if he didn't mean to scam.
