Right now I've got these ideas in mind
1.30 PC's :
1,100USD/PC - 33,000 I'll be building PC's good enough to Game and Mine some Bitcoins when I do not have customers or durning nights.I do plan to stay open during nights when people want to have LAN Parties.I'll be getting a Steam Cafe account and some good Multiplayer games.
I'd like suggestions on the games and good cards that can mine bitcoin.

I'll be using Smartlaunch http://www.smartlaunch.com/ on the PCs to manage the time .
2.10 Consoles: Haven't decided on wethere to get PS3 or XBOX
I might have 5 PS3s and 5 XBOX 360,I'm still thinking of wherther to invest in them.I might go into Wii to attract the Girls that come in .
3.Cafe/Lounge area with TV's streaming Live Matches happening in the Gaming Center itself or international tournaments that may be happening.
Staff :
3 Staff for Cafe
2 For General Support
1 For the Billing.
Charges :
Around 2$/ Hour for PC's and 3$ / Hour for Consoles.
Timings :
8AM - 11 PM during normal days Monday to Sunday.
Open during nights on LAN Parties.
I'll mostly be hiring friends so Staff wont be much of a problem
Suggestions,Ideas and Criticisms are welcome !

If you want my opinion, adjust the time from 8 AM - 2 AM and I would set the price to 3 an hour.

I would say, Opening a gaming cafe can only make you decent earning if you are into RPG games,.
Like , World of Warcraft, Dota 1, Dota 2, LoL , and various others, Cause people are just addicted to RPG and a lot.
trust me in India there are many successful ones with opening a cyber cafe

OT: how are u going to make your money back with 2-3 dollars a hour? I would rather buy shit load of bitcoins and sell when its high and multiply your money to 100k+

Just don't allow people to bring in USBs and make it impossible to open a web browser.

Use deepfreeze, install literally everything and patch all necessary patches, deepfreeze all pcs so that no viruses worm keyloggers will stay on PC.
When reboot happens everything goes back to the state of first pc use (clean) in which you froze it in the first place.

I personally work in an internet cafe so I will probably be one of the most qualified people here to talk about an internet cafe
In the internet cafe I work at we use this program: http://cafesuite.net/main It is clean and easy to understand
For the computers you will have to think about these things:
1. Updates, on 30 computers It will take a long time to update them all
2. DeepFreezing your computers (to prevent viruses and stuff like that)
3. General wear and tear
Consoles:
Meh, not to much goes wrong with them
Equipment
You will need 30+ screens, keyboards, mouses, seats, benches.
Pricing, $2-3 an hour is really cheap, we charge $6 an hour but also offer vouchers that will get you longer time for a cheaper price e.g. $50 for 50 hours, $12 for 3 hours and so on
Power costs, I don't think that $2 an hour will cover your electricity bills
Bandwith, You won't fare well if you have 30 computers all going at the same time and only getting dial-up speeds

Your xboxes will break quickly if they're old xboxes
