Difference between Malware Bytes scans & &#34;regular&#34; antivirus scans? - CBF1 - Sep 29, 2013 I use ESET NOD32 & Malware Bytes, both registered version and up to date. Can someone explain to me the benefits or pro & cons of running a MalwareBytes "full"/"quick" scan vs scanning my computer with ESET NOD32s scanner or other AV scanners. Is Malware Bytes better at targeting viruses? Also, I haven't installed Microsoft Security Essentials, is it truly essential? * - T e s s e r a c t - Sep 29, 2013 Okay, assesing your points from 0 - 3, here is the basic run down my friend :)

No problem, remember, AVs are better than MalwareBytes. Run MBAM after you feel there is a disturbance in the force 🤝 This is me usually, and me is usually right. Precisely, ESET NoDoors has one of the most advanced heuristics scanning capabilities out of most anti-viruses which includes BitDefender, Avast! and AVG. The list goes on, IMO ESET is the best because it is frequently updated with the best of the best on new viruses and malicious code. I can definitely vouch for that. |
