BTC Fraud - Omniscient - Nov 20, 2013
Due to some threads about BTC stealers and member feedback I have added a new rule to the Disallowed BlackHat Activity help doc.

I hope this resolves the problem and makes it clear that we will consider BTC fraud as financial fraud just the same as stealing CC info.

I think as BTC grows for usage here in the community we should respect it enough not to ruin it and exploit it. If you want free BTC then go mine. Heck you could do like some and get an army of computers to mine for you. :)
