And under the "Current Pending Sector Count" and "Uncorrectable Sector Count" its listed as yellow and my hard drive's status is "Caution" because of this.
Should I be worried about this and is there anyway to fix this?
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, you should be worried. Keep your data backed up because the hard drive is on its way out.
* - #Thunder - Dec 9, 2013
Your hard disk is about to fail. The utility is warning about it. The caution means it can die any moment now.
* - LiveMChief - Dec 10, 2013
Ok, Thank you guys for the info.
Any time frame that it might go out at?
* - archangel.dmitry - Dec 10, 2013
It is not predictable. It can happen now or in couple months. SMART is rather about what that when.
