Hello there.I was playing on a server on cs 1.6 for a long time but i got banned because Admins were thinking i was hacking (but indeed i wasn't) and i want to play on that server because i like it.Anyway,i play by LAN (STEAM_ID_LAN),so it seems they banned my IP (and username maybe).I have a static ip and i can't change it.So i'm asking how can i use a proxy and connect to the server again.

With the VPN you change your ip on browsers, games, everywhere
eg:
(without vpn)You ------your ip------cs 1.6 server
(with vpn) You----your ip----VPN server---vpn IP----cs 1.6 server
