Connect CS 1.6 with Proxy |

Hello there.I was playing on a server on cs 1.6 for a long time but i got banned because Admins were thinking i was hacking (but indeed i wasn't) and i want to play on that server because i like it.Anyway,i play by LAN (STEAM_ID_LAN),so it seems they banned my IP (and username maybe).I have a static ip and i can't change it.So i'm asking how can i use a proxy and connect to the server again.
