I was wondering if there is any way i can format my laptop without using any format cd, i have a Fujitsu laptop.

You can call a Factory Restore on your laptop if you still have the Recovery partition of your manufacturer on the HDD.

Adding to Aura, alternatively you can use Bootable USB to format with.

Rufus + Downloading a Windows ISO = No CD install.
If you can't do a recovery that is.

My windows is 7 and is Geniuine but im not sure where i can check the key

The key can generally be found with the box.
It should follow this format xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx.
