I was wondering if there is any way i can format my laptop without using any format cd, i have a Fujitsu laptop.

You can call a Factory Restore on your laptop if you still have the Recovery partition of your manufacturer on the HDD.

Where can i find a legal and clean copy of iso for formatting so i can boot it with my usb?

The key can generally be found with the box.

It should follow this format xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx.
