My computer is slower since factory reset? - King Bob - Aug 28, 2014 So something happened with my computer with a whole bunch of errors and a blue screen. So I was like fuck it and set it back to factory settings. I updated all my drives and updated my graphics card, but it still slow, I also did all the Windows updates. Any suggestions? * - Rubdiogo - Aug 28, 2014 Try checking your components......:) * - zer0day - Aug 29, 2014 You would have been better off figuring out what was causing the blue screens and slowness before restoring. I would run testdisk to rule out your HDD, and run memtest to rule out your RAM. http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk http://www.memtest86.com/features.htm * - KingCodeTV - Aug 29, 2014 Make sure you have all of your drivers are updated. |
