So something happened with my computer with a whole bunch of errors and a blue screen. So I was like fuck it and set it back to factory settings. I updated all my drives and updated my graphics card, but it still slow, I also did all the Windows updates.

Any suggestions?

You would have been better off figuring out what was causing the blue screens and slowness before restoring. I would run testdisk to rule out your HDD, and run memtest to rule out your RAM.
