Hello I already made half of my multitool (Pumper, and Spoofer) I wanted to know how I could make an icon changer. Thanks!

He doesn't even know how to go about changing icons nor is he able to Google it so it's pretty safe to say he ripped the source.

No I actually learned how to make them, I just need help using flash.dll to change the icon.

wow, flash.dll has been around for ages now. there are ways to change an icon without using it.
