He doesn't even know how to go about changing icons nor is he able to Google it so it's pretty safe to say he ripped the source.

No I actually learned how to make them, I just need help using flash.dll to change the icon.

wow, flash.dll has been around for ages now. there are ways to change an icon without using it.
