In hindsight I should of checked his rep, sucks to be trusting.
The Deal was to buy his CoC Account for $50 PayPal so I went first, it took several days for him to actually give me the account details. When he gave me the details they were wrong and I messaged him about it, He said this...

The new password he sent me was also wrong, I have since messaged him about it but he has not responded. I have waited over a week for this account so I am putting this up here untill he responds with my money back or the account.

Any tips/ideas of what I should say in the chargeback? Virtual Item is an option when choosing what the item you brought was.

Account was given to him. it was delayed for a day or so since i was waiting for the person i bought it from to give me info. than he gave me the wrong password since he forgot he changed it, gave me new password checked if it work an it did i confirmed an took a picture of it. if need it i will post. I dont know what this user did after i gave him the password.

The new password didnt fact not work, you didn't give me a correct password.
As soon as I gt the password it didn't work, I copy pasted it and typed it out several times to double check.
On top of things you sold me an account you didn't even own, you brought it off somebody else with my money.

Not sure, he took so long because he said he had to PM the guy who has the account so I could get the password. He didnt tell me about this before I brought it, only after.
You should have a product before you sell it, not just act as a middleman.

No wonder he has so many scam reports, nothing gets done. Can a staff please interveen and sort this out? He's got away with so many scams.

This user pulled this exact same stunt on me for a measly $8. Legit scam report, glad this user is banned. To add, you should have checked his rep, as I created a scam report of him scamming me for $8. -_- Never deal with this user.
