Here is the conversation I had with him on HF.

Overall, this guy is very unresponsive and has been pushing me away for quite some time.
If he could send me a refund or even the account I would close this and call it a done deal, but it probably won't end up like that.

Oh and also, you guys who may be interested in his accounts, don't go into it thinking they were boosted by his partners (that's what he says). They ARE HACKED ACCOUNTS. You can tell by the payment options that were on the accounts that he gave me. All information that was listed on the account is not his at all nor his partner because I have received a few accounts from him and all of the payment information was different than one another. He false advertises and also doesn't keep his word.
