Who here prefers Hummingbird over MAL? Vote in the poll above!

I use that piece of poop once in a while.

AniList > MAL > Hummingbird
MAL has a lot but I don't really care about a good chunk of it.
AniList has a rating system that I'm in love with, it's also really easy to use and to keep track of airing anime.
Hummingbird is just meh, if I want to talk to someone I'll do it over Skype not some twitter-esque thing.

Whoever prefers Hummingbird should go ahead and admit to having down syndrome too

it looks way better than any of the other ones

too bad i dont watch anime anymore

I use MAL, although I don't track or add things to my account. I just like it as a database to look up and read about shows.

I used to like hummingbird until they decided to shove ads instead of just membership features.
+the ad placement is really bad =.= they should have atleast made the placement good.

Yeah, I think Josh will figure it out. I used to use Adblock for Hummingbird, but I know they need ads to survive.

I was the first one on HF to really make it popular here, but I stopped using it. I also stopped using MAL. I'm getting too lazy to even update it anymore.

I think my layout for MAL is pretty rad though

I use MAL and update my animelist once in 2 weeks.

* - One L❤️ve - May 24, 2015

First time I've heard of 'Hummingbird', but no, I use MAL just to keep track of what series I've watched and where I'm up to.

* - NKVD - May 24, 2015

I use MAL. Haven't used anything else but by the sounds of things. MAL >

I use HB, it's a fun community although the forums are... well, cancer for the most part. But I can shitpost on HB and it's fun talking shit those those suicidal people and then their friends start sending me threats lmao. The interface for updating currently watching anime is really quick as well, and the site looks nice. MAL looks like it was made pre-2000, it's rather hard to find things and there's like even more cancer. I use MAL for finding and reading about anime and checking ratings and reviews, but not for the social aspects of it. HB is much better at that. I never tried AniList, just looks like some combination of the two but since I enjoy HB's feed thing I'll just stick to that.

I like hummingbird with the feed to see what other users are watching but MAL is still #1 when I want info on anime.

* - nitvit610 - May 24, 2015

I use Anime Planet for the suggestions and looking at the pretty statistics (basically I think I've watched too much) and I use MAL for the nitty gritty stuff. I really hate the UI but I make do.

* - Leminiscent - May 24, 2015

The only plus to Hummingbird is the site's social aspect, and even then it's not worth using over MAL.
