Dads laptop is filled with every kind of virus/malware you can imagine - Blacklisted. - Jun 23, 2015
My dads computer was filled with this stuff, I got rid of a bit of it, but there is still a lot of it left, adware, malware, junkware, I downloaded Bitdefender for him but it just made his computer slower so he got rid of it.
Can someone help me get rid of all of this stuff for him?

Before we start, keep in mind this can take some time to properly remove everything.
Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool. Make sure to get the one compatible with your system. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/
Save it to your desktop.
Right click "Run as administrator"
Click Scan
It will output 2 logs "FRST.txt" and "Addition.txt" to your desktop. Post them on pastebin and reply with the links. Someone more advanced with malware removal will assist you in the removal process.

Does he need the info on the current HDD?
If not just buy a new HDD and replace it if it's possible with his laptop.

Thats about all the help i can give as of now...
If you need and want extra protection, especially if the laptop is used for banking and other important things, consider installing and buying an antivirs such as AVG, you will get even better detection ratios and stuff...

Just asking, are you training them or something and waiting to see their responses? Just looking at your signature, I'm assuming you're waiting to see how they respond if they took your classes? If I'm completely wrong, I'm sorry lol

It's actually the other way around, I'm being trained by charmz and as I'm in training I'm actually not allowed to help.
