My dads computer was filled with this stuff, I got rid of a bit of it, but there is still a lot of it left, adware, malware, junkware, I downloaded Bitdefender for him but it just made his computer slower so he got rid of it.

Can someone help me get rid of all of this stuff for him?

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool. Make sure to get the one compatible with your system. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download...scan-tool/

Save it to your desktop.

Right click "Run as administrator"

Click Scan

It will output 2 logs "FRST.txt" and "Addition.txt" to your desktop. Post them on pastebin and reply with the links. Someone more advanced with malware removal will assist you in the removal process.

If not just buy a new HDD and replace it if it's possible with his laptop.

If you need and want extra protection, especially if the laptop is used for banking and other important things, consider installing and buying an antivirs such as AVG, you will get even better detection ratios and stuff...
