Upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 [HDMI Help] - ๖ۣۜ¢уρяισт-мєякѕ - Jul 31, 2015 Hi, First of all, is it worth upgrading to Windows 10? Secondly, I tried upgrading to Windows 10 yesterday and as soon as it reached to 30% my computer restarted and was black screen for about 20 minutes so I restarted my PC and it restored my PC back to windows 7. Is there a way I can download windows 10 driver so I can use my HDMI? I have a VGA cable but I need a converter to use it, unfortunately. Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks. * - Wirt - Jul 31, 2015 I don't believe it's a HDMI problem... however it could be. You don't have a spare DVI/VGA cable sitting in another computer that you could use to test for the time being? * - ๖ۣۜ¢уρяισт-мєякѕ - Jul 31, 2015 (Jul 31, 2015 08:20 AM)ℒitecoin Wrote: I don't believe it's a HDMI problem... however it could be. I suggest you take a look here as it might help you get your password back: http://www.isunshare.com/windows-7-password/forgot-windows-7-password-no-reset-disk.html#opt3 Method 3 seems like the best option since you don't have access to the computer. * - ๖ۣۜ¢уρяισт-мєякѕ - Jul 31, 2015 (Jul 31, 2015 08:30 AM)ℒitecoin Wrote: I suggest you take a look here as it might help you get your password back: http://www.isunshare.com/windows-7-password/forgot-windows-7-password-no-reset-disk.html#opt3 Alright, I'll have it ready but I'll get my other PC out soon, it's all packed up. :p I downloaded iSunshare and it was a trial version, I couldn't reset my password in the end, what a waste of time lol. I'll just wait till they fixed all the bugs. Thanks for the help. |
