Upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 [HDMI Help]

Hi,

First of all, is it worth upgrading to Windows 10?

Secondly, I tried upgrading to Windows 10 yesterday and as soon as it reached to 30% my computer restarted and was black screen for about 20 minutes so I restarted my PC and it restored my PC back to windows 7.

Is there a way I can download windows 10 driver so I can use my HDMI? I have a VGA cable but I need a converter to use it, unfortunately.

Or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks.
I don't believe it's a HDMI problem... however it could be. You don't have a spare DVI/VGA cable sitting in another computer that you could use to test for the time being?

Which version of Windows is your gaming PC running at the moment?

I suggest you take a look here as it might help you get your password back: http://www.isunshare.com/windows-7-passw....html#opt3

Method 3 seems like the best option since you don't have access to the computer.

Alright, I'll have it ready but I'll get my other PC out soon, it's all packed up. :p

I downloaded iSunshare and it was a trial version, I couldn't reset my password in the end, what a waste of time lol.

I'll just wait till they fixed all the bugs.

Thanks for the help.
