Keeping this post for records. He refuses to take the dispute down from the DB and closing the thread. Therefore, he's encouraging a false report filled against me and everyone is a witness of this.

The appropriate actions will be taken against this.

sorry i refunded the payment because he sent it as good and paypal took fees off the tran so i sent that email an invoice for the full $65 because i didnt get it the first time
