Keeping this post for records. He refuses to take the dispute down from the DB and closing the thread. Therefore, he's encouraging a false report filled against me and everyone is a witness of this.
The appropriate actions will be taken against this.

If you were bothered about the fees, you could of sent me a PM but since you went ahead and refund it without my concern, you will now need to wait as that was his stealth PP from his stresser and the account has been dispensed hours ago, so you just threw $65 in the garbage. I'll see how I can deal with this but it won't be easy.
In the meantime, you will need to wait as you shouldn't refund a payment without letting anyone know first.

That's your problem not mine as I am not the one in the lost here, don't act tough with me son as you'll never see your money ever again if not. You just causes a bunch of issues with that refund, so you will pay the price of waiting until this is figured out as you sent a refund to a close PayPal account. You are at fault here since I indeed sent your money and you refunded without my concern that is not accessible by nobody. I don't give a flying fuck about your opinion right now, you screwed up so now you can wait even longer. If you are not happy and want to get dirty about this, it'll be my pleasure but you won't like it.

The term of closed when talking about stealth PayPals is that it's no longer accessible.
It's a stealth PP, you know exactly what kind of account it is since you run a stresser yourself.
