Monitor lines and low FPS - DexaPoli - Sep 17, 2015

Hello guys, just bought new PC few days ago. But didnt had money for new GPU so i put my old GeForce 9500 GT.

Other specs of PC are:

AMD FX 8350 4.GHz
HyperX 2x8 GB 1866 MHz
MSI 970 Gaming

So the problems is that i have strange lines on my monitors and low even lower FPS in CS:GO ( tested it just here) than on my old PC and brothers. With his GPU i had 100 FPS apporx, and on his PC he has about 150 FPS. His PC has 4 cores mine 8. he has 4 GB RAM and GT 630 GPU. I also updated drivers for everything possible.

This is photo i have on desktop: Spoiler (Click to View)

and this is how myc desktop looks with this issue http://prntscr.com/8hh2fh

they are hard to see for me also sometimes. Depends of color in back. They are like pulsing up and down a bit.

What GPU are you using when it happens?
It might be a sign of a dying GPU.

Yeah, so it's probably a dying GPU.
