What do you use to monitor application outgoing connections - Raaz - Jan 24, 2016 Say you have an application installed and you want to find out what component (process) of it is attempting to make a connection. What programs allows such monitoring ? (except- avast, eset, kaspersky, bitdefender, trendmicro, windows firewall) Thanks. * - ΛθƉ - Jan 25, 2016 Check out TCPView Quote:https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/tcpview.aspx Simple and works * - archangel.dmitry - Jan 25, 2016 As it was mentioned above, TCPView is a great program. Also, almost all 3rd party firewalls have tools to monitor current connections. * - Raaz - Jan 25, 2016 I've tried using eset's smart security firewall, with interactive mode and it fucked up my windows. Will try this tcpview thanks for replies. * - archangel.dmitry - Jan 25, 2016 As firewalls go, I would recommend Comodo Free Firewall. But it does require some knowledge of networking. TCPView is just monitoring software. |
