What do you use to monitor application outgoing connections

Say you have an application installed and you want to find out what component (process) of it is attempting to make a connection.

What programs allows such monitoring ? (except- avast, eset, kaspersky, bitdefender, trendmicro, windows firewall) Thanks.

Simple and works
As it was mentioned above, TCPView is a great program. Also, almost all 3rd party firewalls have tools to monitor current connections.
I've tried using eset's smart security firewall, with interactive mode and it fucked up my windows. Will try this tcpview thanks for replies.

As firewalls go, I would recommend Comodo Free Firewall. But it does require some knowledge of networking.

TCPView is just monitoring software.
