"System Data" taking up half of my phone's memory - A Powerade - Mar 17, 2016 So since I updated my phone, there seems to be a mysterious 3-4GB of "System Data" on my phone's hard drive that I can't get rid of. Screenshot of this (Click to View) I have an LG Leon running Android version 5.1.1 Is this a known issue with updating Android or is this a new thing? * - Desert - Mar 20, 2016 Did you try factory resetting it? If i were you i would try and root the phone and go back to the older lollipop * - abdel - Mar 20, 2016 If you go into recovery and clear cach and delvic (sry for bad spelling) that should fix it * - jlde - Mar 22, 2016 In android it's normal....If you use the system for a long time it creates many, many files for the system working faster. Also not all apps are unistalled fully. Is your phone "rooted"? * - A Powerade - Mar 22, 2016 (Mar 22, 2016 12:02 AM)jlde Wrote: In android it's normal....If you use the system for a long time it creates many, many files for the system working faster.
