How does the rotator work? Do I set my app to use proxy at say 127.0.0.1:46798 and then this app of yours will use a random one?

Once you load proxies, check them. Once checked, you can begin rotation. You specify every X minutes, the program will set your computer's global proxy to one from the list.

Could it be updated to instead/as well as setting the global proxy, ProxEZ rotator can run as a local proxy forwarder?

I personally think the price is a bit too high for this product but other then that it does what it advertises, Vouch.

Meh, its a decent price, not like those $2 scrapers that you have to buy a checker for after.
