Was looking through some old projects and found something that someone had requested help with a year or two ago, thought I would share it with anyone else that might find it useful.

You should use something like:

Code 
oSkype.SendCommand(New SKYPE4COMLib.Command() With {.Command = "GET USER " + h + " AVATAR 1 " + f + "\Avatar.jpg"})

(where h is their handle and f is the folder path)
To get their avatar as well :D

Oh man if only there was a way in Skype to see someone's profile...
