You should use something like:
Code
oSkype.SendCommand(New SKYPE4COMLib.Command() With {.Command = "GET USER " + h + " AVATAR 1 " + f + "\Avatar.jpg"})
(where h is their handle and f is the folder path)
To get their avatar as well :D
