Q: Why I can't send test email?
- Make sure your STMP Server and Port is correct.
- Make sure your password is also correct.
- Please check your security settings of your email provider.
Q: Why am I getting error (The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was) while sending test email?
This error occurs
- When the password is wrong / incorrect
- When you try to login from some application (like HawkSpy Products)
- When you try to login from the domain other than your TimeZone/Domain/Computer
How To Fix?
- Make sure you enter the correct password
- In Most reasons, you must login to your account with your browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera etc) and go to your security settings from the LINK then ENABLE or TURN ON less secure apps. So that you will be able to login from all applications.
- You need to review the activity but reviewing the activity will not be helpful due to latest security standards the link will not be useful. So try the below case.
- Or You have to enable login from other TimeZone / IP for your google account.
Q: When I test my iSpy Keylogger's server on my PC, it won't recover passwords?
- Make sure you ENABLE the recovery feature in iSpy Keylogger
- Make sure your browsers / email clients have already saved passwords.
- Make sure you UnChecked Clear Browser Pass which can be found in General Tab on the left side.
Q: How do I clean my PC after testing the server?
Use Vaccine TAB located above and press Clean Now button
Q: Why I only got notifications from victim PC?
This can cause
- Your server may be detected by Antivirus
- If you sure antivirus is not installed then make sure you enable the necessary feature or use default settings
- Or your victim has too much slow internet speed

Q: Why am I getting (The Remote Server Returned An Error: (530) Not Logged In) error while sending test ftp method?
This error cause you entered the incorrect password.

Q: How do I solve THIS ERROR while setting up the Web-Panel?
This is because you just renamed the panel folder to something or didn't put the panel folder on root.
EXAMPLE 1: IF YOU RENAMED THE PANEL FOLDER TO SOMETHING
http://www.yoursite.com/something
instead of
http://www.yoursite.com/panel
then do the following:
- Go to the panel folder and locate .htaccess file and edit with notepad or notepad++
- Now find this line "RewriteBase /panel" without quote
- Replace with "RewriteBase /something" without quote
EXAMPLE 2: IF YOU DIDN'T PUT THE PANEL FOLDER ON ROOT
http://www.yoursite.com/university/assignments/panel
then do the following:
- Again go to the panel folder and locate .htaccess file and edit with notepad or notepad++
- Now find this line "RewriteBase /panel" without quote
- Replace with "RewriteBase /university/assignments/panel" without quote

Go to your Web-Panel Account Settings and check the upload key panel on the right or please see the video tutorial carefully
Q: While registering the Web-Panel, I didn't know the HWID?
Just put random numbers and letters
Q: Whenever I click the logs in my Web-Panel, it pop-up THIS ERROR instead of showing the logs?
Please find main.php in controller folder and delete all code inside and replace with THIS CODE

So i recently bought gear informer keylogger and it does not seem to work it launches net seal and then just does not open the keylogger anyone else having this issue?
