Q: How do I solve THIS ERROR while setting up the Web-Panel?
This is because you just renamed the panel folder to something or didn't put the panel folder on root.
EXAMPLE 1: IF YOU RENAMED THE PANEL FOLDER TO SOMETHING
http://www.yoursite.com/something
instead of
http://www.yoursite.com/panel
then do the following:
EXAMPLE 2: IF YOU DIDN'T PUT THE PANEL FOLDER ON ROOT

then do the following:

Please enable hidden file option in File Manager from CPanel

Q: Why I can't send test email?
- Make sure your STMP Server and Port is correct.
- Make sure your password is also correct.
- Please check your security settings of your email provider.
Q: Why am I getting error (The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was) while sending test email?
This error occurs
- When the password is wrong / incorrect
- When you try to login from some application (like HawkSpy Products)
- When you try to login from the domain other than your TimeZone/Domain/Computer
How To Fix?
- Make sure you enter the correct password
- In Most reasons, you must login to your account with your browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera etc) and go to your security settings from the LINK then ENABLE or TURN ON less secure apps. So that you will be able to login from all applications.
- You need to review the activity but reviewing the activity will not be helpful due to latest security standards the link will not be useful. So try the below case.
- Or You have to enable login from other TimeZone / IP for your google account.

- Make sure you ENABLE the recovery feature in iSpy Keylogger
- Make sure your browsers / email clients have already saved passwords.
- Make sure you UnChecked Clear Browser Pass which can be found in General Tab on the left side.

- Your server may be detected by Antivirus
- If you sure antivirus is not installed then make sure you enable the necessary feature or use default settings
