Shirogane no Ishi: Argevollen - Aura - Aug 7, 2016 ![]() Quote:The Kingdom of Arandas Alliance and the Countries Unification of Ingelmia have been at war for many years. The situation has been at a stalemate across the fortress of the Great Wall, which has never been penetrated since the foundation of Arandas. The gate to the fortress has remained firmly closed, but when it creaks open, the complexity of war starts to change dramatically. The ennemy in the serie are other humans, the Mechas don't seem overpowered and realistic (so they fight with guns, hide themself, etc.), and it seems to be about conventional warfare. Should I watch it? * - Mafty Navue Erin - Aug 7, 2016 I thought it was a bit on the mediocre side, but it is definitely watchable. * - DerMensch24 - Aug 7, 2016 Looks like a generic mecha with generic characters from what I got out of reading most of those reviews, so I assume its an average anime but idk if I'd watch it just yet. * - Aura - Aug 7, 2016 But I'm in need of a good generic Mecha now 😠* - DerMensch24 - Aug 7, 2016 (Aug 7, 2016 06:40 PM)Aurа Wrote: But I'm in need of a good generic Mecha now 😠Go watch NGE or Gundam then since you said you haven't really seen any of the older mechs yet :P But this is still an average anime so doesn't necessarily mean its bad, I think I'll add it to my PTW for now. * - Mafty Navue Erin - Aug 7, 2016 (Aug 7, 2016 06:40 PM)Aurа Wrote: But I'm in need of a good generic Mecha now 😠Bruh Gundam is where it's at. There are so many Gundam series you can choose from. Like the whole Gundam franchise is my favorite in the mecha category. And you don't necessarily have to start on the older series to understand it since there are several different universes. You could also try Eureka Seven, Soukyuu no Fafner, Macross, and Zoids. They're all pretty great as well imo. * - Deany - Aug 7, 2016 Don't watch it, it's crap. Seriously. * - DerMensch24 - Aug 7, 2016 (Aug 7, 2016 08:28 PM)Faulkner Wrote: Bruh Gundam is where it's at. Ah Macross/Robotech, Zoids and Gundam, my childhood basically haha * - Aura - Aug 8, 2016 (Aug 7, 2016 08:37 PM)Japanese Wrote: Don't watch it, it's crap. Seriously. No, it's honestly the shittest mecha I've ever watched. Inb4 >every mecha is shitty 😑 * - Aura - Sep 4, 2016 (Aug 8, 2016 11:33 PM)Japanese Wrote: No, it's honestly the shittest mecha I've ever watched. Senpai, I'm almost done watching it and it's kinda generic. Though it had it's good moments. I enjoyed the fact that it was not a "super-mecha" show, so no flying, units gets destroyed realistically, etc. |
