Information:
Contest ends: 21/08/2016 (or 08/21/2016 for you backwards working people)
Winner selection: First person to post the correct answer in a non-edited post.

If nobody is able to decipher this by the set date, I will choose a random
winner for the benefactor award & also make a video explaining how I did it.

This puzzle has two parts to it & is MUCH harder than yesterdays challenge, so it won't be solved within an hour.
I do believe it will be solved though by the contest end.

Once you have solved the first puzzle, you will be left with another scramble of letters that you should use the second hint for.
