I sang songs when I was young. There's no song for the one I know now. I cannot sing this one, but I can touch it. I compare them and my eyes look up and down.

If nobody is able to decipher this by the set date, I will choose a random
winner for the benefactor award & also make a video explaining how I did it.

This puzzle has two parts to it & is MUCH harder than yesterdays challenge, so it won't be solved within an hour.
I do believe it will be solved though by the contest end.

Once you have solved the first puzzle, you will be left with another scramble of letters that you should use the second hint for.
