Has a decent IV level and move set in my opinion. Only downside is the tons of water Pokemon that everyone seem to have. I haven't seen lots of grass Pokemon at least where I live.

Wow, that's actually pretty powerful. And yes it has the best moveset and one of the highest CP, bro.

By the way, where did you get that Arcanine? Did you catch it from the wild or did you just upgraded from a high CP Growlithe?

I evolved a 98 IV Growlithe and got a powerful Arcanine. Every time I catch a Growliths now, I just transfer and power up the Arcanine. My account level is at a 29.

I lvl 38 and its max cp for now ... for this Arcanine...
and 2 be honest all my strong pokemons are like 100% IV but this Arcanine 90IV just got the best moves .. that why i power it up ... and i got him like that no upgraded .. i got him with like 1000 cp and i power it up...
