Has a decent IV level and move set in my opinion. Only downside is the tons of water Pokemon that everyone seem to have. I haven't seen lots of grass Pokemon at least where I live.

I evolved a 98 IV Growlithe and got a powerful Arcanine. Every time I catch a Growliths now, I just transfer and power up the Arcanine. My account level is at a 29.

I lvl 38 and its max cp for now ... for this Arcanine...

and 2 be honest all my strong pokemons are like 100% IV but this Arcanine 90IV just got the best moves .. that why i power it up ... and i got him like that no upgraded .. i got him with like 1000 cp and i power it up...
