Impossible pretty much. Apple stopped signing that iOS ages ago.

I saw that it's possible on the iphone 4s if its jailbroken but I want it on my iphone 5s .....

The only way to do so is to have the SHSH BLOBS saved. For reference in the future, be sure to save your blobs every update. It will then be possible to downgrade your device. Unfortunately in this case, you are out of luck.

i have a program but the lowest you can downgrade is to iOS 7.0.1 (11A470a) for iPhone 5s (GSM)

I sold my 5s but I'm trying to jailbreak my iPhone 4s 8.4.1 but none of the jailbreaks work for me.
