The only way to do so is to have the SHSH BLOBS saved. For reference in the future, be sure to save your blobs every update. It will then be possible to downgrade your device. Unfortunately in this case, you are out of luck.

i have a program but the lowest you can downgrade is to iOS 7.0.1 (11A470a) for iPhone 5s (GSM)
