Okay so few days back I contacted him for 100 shells for $115 i.e $1.15 per shell
After I send him $115 BTC ( https://blockchain.info/tx/7881e505e7c946f99f51c7fbc25773555985eff79175bb688e437370e319a1f6 )
He instantly gave me 20 shells and promised that he will give me 80 shells soon
SO i contacked him in PM for 80 shells

So I contacked his skype and told him to give me refund :

i didnt scammed you and i told you just wait in days i will give you shell. , and i am not scammed you you remember i gave you 20Shell and my partner got an exam i dont have new fresh list. , when my partner finished his exams i will Refund you and 40+ Shell ! and 10 shell for free cuz to know iam not scammer
