Okay so few days back I contacted him for 100 shells for $115 i.e $1.15 per shell

After I send him $115 BTC ( https://blockchain.info/tx/7881e505e7c94...70e319a1f6 )

He instantly gave me 20 shells and promised that he will give me 80 shells soon

SO i contacked him in PM for 80 shells

So I contacked his skype and told him to give me refund :

I have given him enough time for his excuses and i am sure i am scammed and its not first time on HF for me so i am letting you guys know to stay away from this lowlife
