I'm currently ranked supreme playing legit and getting bored, looking to do a little walling but can't find a provider that accepts debitcard. I'm banned from paypal so thats out of the question.

You can hook the debit card to paypal I believe and purchase that way.

Op already had a card attached to his Paypal, his account is now banned. He can't remove his card from this account now, meaning he can't add it to a new one.

oh, guess I missed that.
He could buy spendon gift cards and use that on paypal,
it's a bit more annoying but it works.

You could just go to a convenience store and buy a prepaid giftcard any use paypal with it.
