A lot of cheat providers take bitcoin

you can always buy bitcoin using circle or something and then buy the cheat.

Only way you are going to be able to use a debit card is through PayPal.

Op already had a card attached to his Paypal, his account is now banned. He can't remove his card from this account now, meaning he can't add it to a new one.

oh, guess I missed that.
He could buy spendon gift cards and use that on paypal,
it's a bit more annoying but it works.
