Would you rather be serving a one year sentence in a PD Jail (Mostly laxed, low population, temporary for the most part, for you it's a year sentence though)
Or 3 months in prison (The harshest in your state, assrape and being murdered is possible.)

Because at the end of the day time is money, and I wouldn't want 1 year as opposed to 3 months being taken from me.

PD Jails are not prisons, though, and they're definitely more relaxed.

Never been to either, but I may have to opt for 1 year in jail. 3 months in the harshest prison in the state would probably do more damage to me than 1 year in jail.

I don't want to be raped, shanked, or eat shit food in prison. Usually you get sent to prison for a federal crime as allowed to a misdemeanor for jail.
1 year in jail obviously.

I highly doubt someone will "assrape" me or try to "murder" me while I'm in real prison. Is it a possibility ofcourse, but this isn't Hollywood or a movie, real prison isn't like what you see in the movies. Yes there are some crazy prisons out there, but most of them are not in the US.
